Nationwide Rugby Plus Academy was established by passionate rugby professionals and community leaders who share a common vision of developing future generations through sport.
Our academy provides structured rugby development programs designed to improve technical skills, physical performance, game understanding, and personal character.

Sammee is the driving force behind the academy’s vision. He’s passionate about creating real opportunities for young athletes and building a strong pathway system that connects talent with the right support and guidance.
Sue — Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Sue is the organiser behind the scenes who keeps everything running smoothly. From programs to operations, she makes sure things are structured, professional, and delivered in a way that supports both players and families.
Solo — Administration Manager (NSW)
Solo manages administration and coordination across New South Wales. He supports communication, scheduling, documentation, and on-ground operations, helping ensure everything runs effectively behind the scenes.
Filive — Technical Advisor
Filive provides specialist technical expertise in rugby development and performance. He supports coaching standards, training structures, and player development frameworks to ensure athletes are trained at a high level.
Joshua — Creative & Media Coordinator
Joshua leads the creative direction and media presence of the academy. He is responsible for branding, content creation, storytelling, and visual communication, helping bring the academy’s identity and journey to life across all platforms.
